Having a myriad of things to do…i’ve found myself sleeping less, being more stressed, and buried under endless amount of projects! So today I decided in the morning to give me some loving and spend some time with myself for once! Went to the gym this morning..got in a real good sweat, grabbed a quick breakfast, than dressed in Primary Colors from head to toe! I realized I feel the most relaxed when I start off the morning with myself, a good sweat, and some color! What do you do when your feeling a bit overwhelmed and need to unwind?
Hope you had a lovely weekend! Lately i’ve been drawn to adding pops of brights & neons to the mix of things. (Yes including this neon Balenciaga dog leash seen here).Given that we are one week away from March I decided to celebrate spring early in my short denim shorts paired with my {heavily rotated} winter lanvin boots. I love how I can mix & match my winter with my summer pieces…only in LA is it seasonless!
Whether you are working or have the day off today (Happy Presidents day!!) I hope you have a colorful day and Make It Pop with a Pop Of Color!
So the past couple of months i’ve been traveling nonstop which has inspired me to create this tutorial! I always have to check myself before {I wreck myself}I start packing my entire wardrobe with me! Recently I was in Asia for 2 weeks and I put myself to the challenge to bring less than 20 pieces with me without repeating 1 outfit during my time there. And so I did…. I brought 11 {clothing} pieces + some accessories & shoes and never repeated a single outfit! My fiance was seriously so proud of me because usually he’s the one who has to suffer and carry ALLLL my luggage for me AND on top of that I had tons of extra space to go shopping and bring MORE clothes home!!!
Do you guys have any travels coming up? If so I put you to the test on bringing less than 20 items with you because if there’s more room in the suitcase that simply means MORE SHOPPING! Hope this tutorial inspires you to be creative with the limited pieces you have while traveling! HAPPY TRAVELING!!!
There’s something so insanely romantic about pleated skirts in the palest most delicate pink . I’m still and always in love with pale hues & pretty shades of blush & champagne. I’m a hopeless romantic at heart so this morning was like a dream. Spent the morning with my wedding planner, Jeannie from DetailsDetails, at the breathtaking estate I will be having my wedding at. I was impossibly drawn to the parisian inspired landscape and was captivated by the myriad of beautiful things- the french chateau, the tall shrubs, the beautiful terrace, and the dreamy gardens…it’s the perfect mixture of relaxed & refined. Just like my style… refined yet relaxed!
HAPPY FRIDAY! Hope you have a lovely {long} weekend & it’s beautiful where you are!
